The three-year journey of creating educational content on agribusiness has earned her another recognition from the international community.
Enyonam Manye, a renowned Ghanaian Agricultural Journalist and agribusiness advocate has been appointed as an Industry Ambassador for C.A.S.T.N.E.T. International Chamber of Commerce, a US-based entity.
Details of the appointment, outlined in the C.A.S.T.N.E.T. Industry Advisor Agreement, is a testament to another significant milestone in Manye’s career and highlights her dedication to promoting agribusiness and training in Ghana.
The initial term of the ambassadorial appointment will span three years where she will play a pivotal role in advancing C.A.S.T.N.E.T.’s objectives and strategic goals. Enyonam among other things is responsible for promoting C.A.S.T.N.E.T. within industry sectors, aiming to increase industry-based memberships by crafting and executing strategies for attracting and retaining members through value-driven engagement initiatives.
Besides, Manye will identify and present new project opportunities that can be supported by various industries within C.A.S.T.N.E.T. and influential organizations within associated sectors which will be integrated into the organization’s framework to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
Additionally, the celebrated Journalist will also organize and host workshops aimed at fostering knowledge exchange and professional development within industry sectors. These workshops will address current industry challenges, emerging trends, and best practices, contributing to the ongoing education of C.A.S.T.N.E.T. members.
Furthermore, Manye will focus on developing industry partnerships and establishing and nurturing strategic collaborations with key industry players to bolster the organization’s mission, expand its reach, and enhance its influence across industry sectors.
Headquartered in Ohio, United States of America, the C.A.S.T.N.E.T. International Chamber of Commerce was established to empower small and disadvantaged businesses to transcend local boundaries and engage in the global economy.

Executive Director of Count on Crops Hub.
The budding agribusiness entrepreneur has also founded the Young Farmers Development Organization which aimed at nurturing young people to become agribusiness decent income earners while contributing to food security.
The organization is currently leading a project called Agric4Girls which will be launched on May 29, 2024, at the Institute of Statistical Social and Economic Research (ISSER), Legon, Accra.
